GO Recovery provides vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, vehicle transportation, auction collection, mobile tyre fitting, MOT collection and delivery, and related services across the UK.

“Service”means any service provided by GO Recovery including but not limited to vehicle recovery, rescue recovery, jump start, A to B transportation, auction collection, mobile tyre fitting, and MOT collection and delivery.

  • “Customer”means the individual or business requesting or using our services.
  • “Vehicle”means the vehicle requiring recovery, transport, or assistance.
  • “Booking”means a confirmed request for services made via website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel.

3. Booking and Acceptance

3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by GO Recovery.

3.2 A booking may be made via our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or email.

3.3 A booking is considered confirmed once we have acknowledged the request and dispatched or scheduled a driver.

3.4  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where:

  • The information provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The vehicle is unsafe or inaccessible
  • There is a risk to our drivers, vehicles, or equipment
  • Payment cannot be secured

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Prices are quoted based on the information provided by the customer, including vehicle type, condition, location, distance, and service required.

4.2 Any additional work, delays, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances may result in additional charges.

4.3 Payment is due before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.4 Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, card payment, or other methods specified by us.

4.5 Failure to make payment may result in the vehicle being retained until payment is received, where legally permitted.

5. Cancellations and No‑Shows

5.1 Customers must provide reasonable notice to cancel a booking.

5.2 Cancellations made after dispatch or arrival may incur a call‑out or cancellation fee.

5.3 If the driver attends the location and the vehicle is not present, inaccessible, or the customer is unavailable, a no‑show feemay apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and location
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to load
  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle where possible
  • Inform us of any known hazards, faults, or special requirements
  • Ensure keys are available unless otherwise agreed

GO Recovery is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

7. Vehicle Condition and Liability

7.1 Vehicles are recovered or transported at the customer’s risk, subject to our duty to exercise reasonable care.

7.2 We are not responsible for:

  • Pre‑existing damage
  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Wear and tear
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle

7.3 Any claims for damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery and supported by evidence.

8. Delays and Force Majeure

8.1 We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Road closures
  • Breakdown of recovery vehicles

9. Subcontracting

9.1 We reserve the right to subcontract services to independent drivers or third parties.

9.2 All subcontracted services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
